Our menus utilise the best of what Spain has to offer, combining fresh raw ingredients and imported meats and cheeses directly from Spain. Our dishes are innovative and our menu is constantly evolving and changing with new seasonal produce and to incorporate new ideas.
We specialise in Iberian meat, high grade cuts of meat from the Iberian Pata Negra (Iberian Black Pig), specially sourced from Guijelo, near Salamanca. This organic and free range animal is fed solely on acorns, and its meat is ranked along with the finest and most succulent in the world. We stock several cuts of cured Iberico meat, ideal as a starter to have along with a chilled Spanish Sherry, as well as fresh Iberico meat which is cooked and prepared to order.
Our wines and beers are sourced from all corners of Spain, and our wine list offers a broad spectrum of grapes and flavours, designed to showcase some of the lesser known wine-producing regions across the country.
